Delaware Caribbean Carnival

Join us for the Caribbean Culture Carnival on Saturday, 16, 2025, in Dover, Delaware, to celebrate Caribbean spirit and unity. Enjoy street parades, live performances, cultural exhibitions, family activities, and tasty foods. Legislative Mall, 410 Legislative Avenue, Dover, Delaware, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The 31^st and 32^nd districts will have booths and are seeking volunteers.
