The 31st Representative District begins at Scarborough Road (North) and runs (South) to Papen Lane.

The 33rd RD includes Frederica and parts of Felton, northern Milford, Magnolia, Houston, and Bowers Beach.
The 33rd RD holds meetings on the last Monday of each month at the Milford Senior Center (111 Park Ave., Milford, DE 19963), starting at 7 PM. (Please note: 3rd Monday in May, and no meeting in December).
