Welcome to the annual “Positively Dover” African American Festival, a family-fun, free, and accessible event in its 36th iteration dedicated to celebrating African American heritage, arts, and the community. On the historic Legislative Mall. The event is designed to showcase the performing and visual arts while promoting music, entertainment, vendors, food, interactive fun, education, information, and positive family values.
